Solid-State Skylight
Our Solid State Skylight gives you the frame and light as one single, solid piece, chemically bonded through the Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) process. The aliphatic polyurethane frame holds up to every kind of abuse, including wind, hail, constant exposure to the sun, and extremes of hot and cold weather without becoming separated from the glass.

Warranty
VTECH skylights come with a 10, 15 or 20 year, all inclusive transferable warranty, depending on the style of light. This warranty is comprehensive, covering both the frame and the light.
Safety
Not only do our skylights hold up astoundingly to the elements, but they are safer to work with, as well. All of our lights have been Fall Protection-Certified by OSHA (a 200 lb weight dropped from five feet failed to penetrate our skylight). Additionally, our glass is completely encapsulated by the aliphatic polyurethane frames, and there are no sharp metal edges to cut the installer or the roof material.
Ease of Installation
The VTECH skylight comes as a single, solid piece, with the frames chemically bonded to the lights. They can be installed in minutes without worrying about loose pieces and broken seals.
